Anyone want to share a workshop in NW/Wirral?

I'm getting one in a couple of weeks with electric/water, etc. There are a few I'm going to see, eg. storage for three cars will be 80 quid a week. Not sure if I'd use that much space, just giving a shout out if anyone's interested.

Got a warehouse that'll take six people (due to cost, 25 pounds per week) with a number of cars each. Been told it's huge, will get photos, think there are two places left.

I'm currently shelling out just over £70 a month for two lock-ups
One of which is down south near my folks!!!!

Ideally I'm looking for enough space for dry/internal storage for three motors . . .

I'd be up for something around this area, I'm in Northwich. Got one car on the drive and the RX7 from my avatar in a rental garage so it'd be nice to get 'em locked up together and have some space to work on them.

Very secure site
Quoted £3-25 per sqft per annum, we are currently looking into the rateable value [additional costs]
AND its looking like the Agent /Landlord want a committment to a 3 year lease with 1 year break clause.....

Hi guys, I'm pretty new to this forum but I love this idea. I could be interested in bunking in for somewhere, I've currently got an old volvo that is rapidly becoming a long term project that could do with being stowed somewhere dryer than my drive in Oxton, happy with anywhere on the wirral. like the sound of a big farmers shed as it would probably be cheapest.

Cavman suggest you talk to Heather Croft at Wirral Partnership Homes [666 70 80] as she has lots of lock-ups here and there on the Wirral.
My name has just come to the top of her list for a lock-up in a block directly behind our house
Plus WPH are significantly cheaper than 'lockupgarage.co.uk' who advertise in the lopcal freebie papers as well.....

and my search for a cheap secure unit on the wirral that is easy in easy out with low rates still continues

There is a farm unit just outside Chester for rent down a lane. I'll try and whizz down and see what the rent is like.

If anyone's interested I can get a number for a bloke who has a bit of space on Oil Sites Road in Ellesmere Port. He had a fairly large yard (no building or sheds etc) he wanted £300 a month for last year and I reckon you'd get a good 20 or 30 cars in the space.
I was going to go for it but others backed down and I can't afford that kind of money on my own.

Hi man, I remember you trying last time with that yard, problem there with me is I would want building/elec/ security etc as I would be wanting the space to work in leave tools not just storage.

Again though as you say got to be affordable and realistic!
