say for instance meeting at Thurrock services M25 at J30 (southbound) and J31 (northbound) (also accessible to traffic on the A13, A282, A1090, A1306 and the B186) as its easy to get too for alot of people on here? wasnt going to post but as no-one else has yet I will now!  Who would be up for that? |

I was gonna orchestrate another mega-convoy starting at Fleet Services on the M3 again this year (20+ cars last year!)...dunno how your end could meet that too and make it into a GIGA-convoy?!

I'd join up,.. but I suspect I'll be heading to Haynes before you lot (kinda need to !  ). We'll push the convoys nearer the event for sure, I'm sure there will be more than a few people to cruise with. Then hook up together at Solstice Park? |

We gained the most at Popham Services... probably because the Euro contingent were late. We had our own little carpark at the Solstice area too!  This is what I organised last year and it worked very well: "I propose a SE convoy based along the M3 & A303 How about, aiming to arrive mid to late afternoon: Fleet Services (M3) - 1:30-1:45pm Popham Services (A303) - 2:30-2:45pm Solstice Service Area (A303) - 3:30-3:45pm Haynes Museum RRG - 4:30pm (ish)" We even had our own recovery truck courtesy of tattooedwhitetrash |

edit: It might be worth changing the thread title too Kris, the convoy is actually travelling to the South West from the South East.

I don't think we should stop at Popham this time round! There were some space issues! Very true, that was insane  The nearest place would be Micheldever Station but we'd have to turn off the main road (A303) and I'm not sure what the quality of the roads are, even for that short little amount! |

I'll be joining JS's epic convoy again this year fo sho! Was awesome last year, got the weekend off to a fantastic start. Popham was hilarious; totally owned!   ;D HC. |
