	Hi folks, thought I'd share a few pictures of my Capri. Its a Mk III, 3.0S, 1979. Its just recently gone through a full bare shell restore as it had been off the road for more that 20 years. Hope you like.

	Is the colour original? The last Volkswagen Scirocco's from 1990 - 1992 were available in a very similar shade.

	Yes looks to be an original colour. Apollo Green I reckon. Nearly bought a '79 2.8 Ghia Granada in the same shade back in about '85. I thought the S came with recaros or was that an option?

	One of my neighbours had a 1979 3.0S when I was a kid. It was black, but the interior was identical to this car. I get a feeling of nostalgia looking at the photos. Lovely car. David

	Love the restoration thread on detailing world, i have a question, i see u uprated the flexi hoses to braided but still fitted standard rubber bushes rather than poly bushes? any reason for that or just didnt think of it at the time?
