you mean fuch reps? you want to search for a place called AWAT (alloy wheels and tyres) they were always in the catalogue at work available in loads of offsets and sizes etc, never managed to order a set from them though, they always had silly waiting times........

please don't do suck through.....blow through is just passable for any sort of home brewed install.
injection would be 100x better and probably cheaper.

different engines are designed to work at different temperatures...... the ideal radiator for a zetec is a 1.0 polo jobby (due to size and spec) when you use a standard pinto/crossflow one (fitted to 35 horsepower crossflows) they overcool the engine.
so the horsepower / rad size theory goes straight out the window.
i remember reading about mounting intercoolers at angles is actually BETTER that mounting them vertical, not sure why.

cant you buy the shell minus the vin plates? you could buy the shell as a 'spare' like buying a wing or a door.......
reshelling is legal so i cant see why buying a shell to do so from a spares place isnt.

as johnny said, as long as its over a 'decent' period of time and your other tyres arent far behind.
if its obvious youve worn out the one side miles before the rest look at getting it tracked/camber aligned.

the OSF lot 'are' scared to death of doing different things, mainly because that scene is full of mid 40 YO guys who want to remember there youth, as opposed to mid 20's who want to be ahead of the game.
