That's cool.
Some OE wheel trims would go a long way for the cars originality.
Looks like it's the only thing missing.
Good luck!

I love these - looks like a very nice original example.
Maybe my maths is not so good any more, but, isn't it two owners?

If I've got the maths right that's four owners not two?

I wonder if you can get coilovers and decent brakes on this?
I would LOVE this as a track car.

Hi - thanks for the offer.
Looking for something a little more classic really or cash sale.
Cheers.

Against my better judgement.....I may consider a swap + cash for a Mini or something interesting with tax and MoT.
Needs to be easily hidden from the wife.

Full details available on Pistonheads link but: This is a perfectly usable car, in need of tidying in a few areas but generally fairly sound. I have just retaxed it for 12 months and it has MoT until near the end of Nov. Urgent stuff: needs new front tyres really and a suspension knock seeing to (only noticeable when pressing on). I was using it daily between Dec and May when my company car arrived. Now I'm taking it for a run each weekend which makes me want to keep it but a) I don't have off road parking for more than one car and b) my wife is currently 8 days overdue with our 2nd child so have I no time! It would suit the home DIYer or someone who 'knows someone' at a body shop. Would like it to go to someone who will fix it up rather than break up for parts but ultimately I just need it gone. I have genuinely really enjoyed this car, if I had the time free I'd be sourcing the bits to fix it up and use it at weekends. It is such good fun to drive and it really is as balanced as everyone says. It never failed to start and it never let me down. pistonheads.co.uk/classifieds/used-cars/porsche/944/porsche-944-2-7-lux-manual-1988-f-white/2336953?l=y

Bargain.
I just bought a 2.7 Lux for more money which is nice, but I love the S2.
Good luck with sale. I would literally buy this straight away if I'd not collected mine last weekend!

Hi
Are you the original owner or the 2nd owner? Just curious if it's one previous or zero previous as it stands.
Thanks,
Dave.

From the pics it looks like the paint front of the OSR arch is darker than the rest - is that the case?
I know it's a 22 years old so wouldn't expect it to be mint, just curious.

Unfortunately that specific model, the earlier Allroad, has the lower offset which would likely cause rubbing on my B5.
Thank you very much for the offer though.

Possibly - do you know by any chance what the offset is? Just curious if it is different to the rest of the models being the Allroad.
Thanks for the reply.

I'm looking for 5x112 wheels to fit a B5 Passat.
Currently have Audi A8 fat spoke 17" wheels but the tyres are getting low.
Rather than buy 4 x new tyres I was planning to replace the wheels with some second hand alloys but with decent newish tyres - bangernomics....!
With this in mind, I am open to all suggestions of what people have, anything from 15-17".
Ideally, close to Stansted, Essex but will sort courier for a decent set.
Thanks!
