Don't know who to vote for? Can't be bothered with any of them? It is important that your voice is heard. I urge you to 'spoil' your ballot paper to register your disaffection. Fouled ballots are counted and returned: if there was a statistically significant rise in the number of fouled ballots at the next ellection it could be seen as a vote of 'No Confidence' in the current system.

The other night I found some old tax discs for sale on eBay The seller had been good enough to scan and upload really good quality images of them Got me thinking How's about an age related tax disc for the first year the car was on the road..... FOUND a 1993 one and it was for a FIAT as well 'shopped the original REG out with the clone tool printed it out wrote in FucT FiaTs REG in back biro Then down to the motorshop for an appropriate second tax disc holder and here is the result Will be funny to see if anyone notices it Particularly TRaffic Wardens, CSO's, RoZZeRs...... AND if they say anything

looking for the 50 series profile in an R13 and 175 seems the only width in that profile to suit the 5J rims May have to just end up biting the bullet and blowing a WaD on new tyres at this rate

Just think of the induction ROAR from QUAD carbies as that SOHC starts to wind up........... DO it on the 1116cc first Put it on -35mm suspension...... you've seen how much better my Mk2 looks with my Apex springs.... if fact once I've put my -60mmm set up on you could have my springs off me . . . Utimately if after this you get bored Then drop a 1498cc SOHC in there use the same bike carbs and inlet, just a rejet You'd just need to find a Mk1 Uno Turbo bottom change box....

OMG, Giugiaro body with Bertone wheels. don't let the Italian designers see this one. THink that OZ already made these cross spokes before they appeared on the X1/9 . . . so they may NOT be a Bertone design . . but I MighT be WronG JusT BeCause I CaN . . . ! CHAV talk? ?? How does interspersing CAPs with lower case text make me Council House Aggressive and Violent ?? Dunno if you guys get it over in the UK, but over here we have this thing called Lucas Slickmist Thanks for the tip about your magic spray . . . But I've never been one for wasting my time shining up cars

Just found this pic after looking for images for a Top 3 Film poll on the RaT-LooK Forum Thats it . . . Those Ruote OZ alloys on the Uno will just have to have totally matt black centres with highly polished outer rims.

Thanks for the positive comments YaWL
A Mate on FiaT Forum also said he liked the RaTTy CaR SHiNy WheeL LooK
Sarah my Wife says she likes them for that reason as well She agrees they look a little 'GaY' . . . as in they make the car look LeSS AGreSSive BUT like you say 'GaY' in a kinda CooL RetRo WaY
So I'm going to sort out the other two tyres, or get another pair of 185/55 R13s, and then fit all four of the Ruote OZ's
Then maybe later I'll try blacking out the centre criss-cross centre section and highly polish the outer rims. . .

OK Opinions PLEASE . . . . . . . . Have to admit that these Route OZ rims are growing on me but in a GaY WaY....!!! Might just be that the 185/55s are slightly smaller that the 185/60s on the Cromorodas on the front May just black out the centre of one of the Ruote OZ rims to see if it makes it look any better...

Found these images on this here forum of another Uno with similar wheels to the X1/9 Ruote OZ's These are making me think that even if repainted flat matt black the OZ Route's may not suit the car . . . .

Those SuperMIrafiori STeeLies were SOLD So back to plan A TRieD the £30 set of X1/9 'Gran Finale' OZ Route alloys on FucT-FiaT this afternoon Can only permanently fit two because of punctures in the other two at the moment So put them on the back NoT SuRe I like them . . . . They look scabby cos of flaking lacquer, corrosion and brake dust [which is kinda GooD.....2 ME!?] BUT I feel they look too shiny for the whole look of the CaR Thinking they will have to be matt black like the X1/9 Cromodoras that were on it . . . BUT will post some pics up tomorrow so you can see what I mean [feel free to offer comments] I also washed the car First time in 4 months BIG MISTAKE! BLooDy paintwork just looks too good now [2 ME!?] AND because I used thinnners and meths to get remnants of glue off some of those distressed areas where the vinyls where it has kinda lost its definition/patina SO just going to have to wash it again and "aTTaCK" it with a kitchen scourer to flat it back to a more 'aged patina' effect

Looking good . . .
You need an Abarth Scorpion vinyl sticker somewhere
Also like the wide-ness of those rims on the Yellow Croatian one as well

I like the wheels and lowering on yours, I enjoyed the thread about the trip you did too, with all the decals on the car etc. I'm all about keeping it standard really. I love the spongy cornering and pencil thin tyres! I have had to justify the grey grille to myself as it isn't standard but makes it look more like a mk1:) i've changed the indicators from orange to clear at the front too, adventureous heh :q Ta for the posi comments Can understand you wanting to keep it standard Mines on -35mm Apex spring at the mo [got -60 yet to be fitted] Makes a significant difference in the handling If you went -35mm on yours and kept stock steels and 135s I bet most people wouldn't even know Would be even better with slightly wider steels and 165s though
