Noice. Where they stock 5.5J? What tyre size are you running on the back? That looks spot on I always thought the stock wheels were 6 inch, but when I measured them now they are banded they come out as 9 inch and I only had a 2 inch banding. Tyre size is 195 x60, one side catches slightly if i go to fast over speed ramps so if I add a little camber that should sort that out. Going to have to play around with the fronts once I get them welded but I reckon 185x 60 as apposed to the standard 185x65's

Knocked the center out on the other wheel today and then fitted them to the car to make sure they run true and the dish is the same on each wheel. Now got to see if I can get my mig to work tomorrow or leave them till I go over to my mates. Once done and painted I have to decide what tires to fit, 175x60 for a bit of stretch or 185x 60 and then tinker about with the suspension.

Van still waiting to have a few bits finished off so that it can be painted but I do have the speedo back from Speedy Cables complete with a reducer box and cable to make it run accurately, also re-bushed the new subframe ready for fitting when it's painted The daily on the other hand I'm getting to work on as it sits outside the house, now has camber washers fitted, such an easy job as I have rear drum breaks. Also fitted the Hella De's off the van on it as I have some better ones coming for that and I fitted a spare set of fog lights I had kicking about

It´s a shame that no aftermarket company ever offered rear lights with clear indicators for the estate (only for the limo). I like that smily! ;D I have set of pair of brand new hella rear lights with clear indicators for a saloon kicking about but that are totally different from a wagon and a lot harder to get

Started making up another set of lights for the van and Ive been attacking the saloon Heckblende with slitting disc and a blow torch to bend it more in line with a wagon one. Heckblende was damaged when i bought it and needed a bit of plastic welding anyway, might carbon wrap the black As for the van the doors tailgate and bumpers have been rehung just to make sure everything lines up as it should, once happy it will be stripped and painted

Heckblende! I've been trying to remember that word for a while now while searching for some bits. I like this idea of yours, going to really help visually widen the back of the van.

Hopefully it will visually make the rear end look a little lower to. Had a little play with some fake carbon fibre this afternoon. Not a 100% happy with the job or the look but i love experimenting and it's my first wrap.
