Hmmm let's see... Car Of The Year yoeddynz 's KL V6 Viva. Yeah, it wasn't really built in 2015 but the video from The Smoking Tire and making the front page of Jalopnik? Not a small feat. Not to mention the perfect execution of the engine swap and all the cool little details on the dashboard and suchlike. New Thread Of The Year Kinda off-topic, but HoTWire 's what-are-you-up-to-this-weekend threads are a favourite of mine. Community Person Of The Year drdick for his Mustang thread, single-handedly rebuilding a car despite its first iteration being lost in a fire. It takes a lot of mojo to just get back to work, and it's a joy to read! Best Media Mighty Car Mods, hands down. The stuff they keep showing about turbos and E85 gives me naughty ideas, their choices of cars have been very sweet lately, and they keep their show evolving without losing 'it'. Event Of The Year Erm, that'll be the only one I went to, and is probably off-topic too: Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. Posh but not snob, entry fee is just €9 (which markedly contrasts with Pebble Beach apparently!), you get to approach cars and talk to the owners of these immensely valuable one-offs, who are proud to be there, and the place is sublime. Quick proof: Readers Other Modifications I don't follow this section enough, sorry! Most Anticipated 2016 Bozwell 's Honda S800 F20c! Beautiful fit and finish, engineering, and big engine in a small car: can't wait to see it done!

Car Of The Year: Mark E21's MIBThe car is just spot on. The colour, the wheels, the 'stance' of it. Pretty much the best E21 that I've seen. New Thread Of The Year: MM's couch potatoI wanted to give it to grizz and martin as well. Awesome trip by grizz, and so great seeing how it all went down. But the 911 content (for me) takes MM's trip to the top. Community Person Of The Year: luckysevenThe efforts you go to creating your show reports are huge! Always entertaining and informative as an added bonus. Best Media: speedhuntersFor the variety of different events, styles and genres covered, Speedhunters throws up some incredible stuff. I should stop reading the comments section though. Event Of The Year: Goodwood 73MMSo many historic old racing cars, and all raced wheel to wheel. The Festival of Speed is good, but this is just better. Readers Other Modifications: V8 coffee tableThis is something I've always wanted to do for my living room (shame the wife doesn't seem as keen though). I reckon this would be a pretty awesome centre piece --> TAG F1 motorMost Anticipated 2016: Blown_Imp's CelicaAfter the journey Mr Imp and family have been on, its amazing there is still progress happening. Kudos to you, so happy to hear things are moving in the right direction. I can't wait to see how this ST205 comes out. And 2nd nomination, if I can do that, I am eager to see how PhoenixCapri's track car comes out too.

Car Of The Year: 820 's Rover 820 purely because I love it as a left field choice for a track car and also the work thats gone into it retrorides.proboards.com/thread/123593/1994-rover-820New Thread Of The Year: Already been nominated but its the 12 cars in a year thread for me Community Person Of The Year: I'm gonna go for ChasR , he set up a great rolling road day in the summer, takes great photos at events and is always on hand with technical advice Best Media: I think I chose them last year but Petrolicious again for me, largely because they posted this frankly pornographic Ferrari vid the other day Event Of The Year: I was too ill to go to The Gathering and don't think I got to any events so poor show from me! Readers Other Modifications: I don't venture in there often but goldnrust 's bike is the first thread I've bookmarked in other mods, mostly cos its just a cool bike and I hope to learn to ride soon retrorides.proboards.com/thread/183848/1990-honda-cbr400-projectMost Anticipated 2016: Tricky one, I think most of the cars I would have said have been said already. So not as a serious nomination at all, but the car I am most anticipating is getting back out on the road in my little MG

Haven't ever nominated anything in all the years I've read here but I'll try this year.
New thread of the year has to be Twelve cars in a year
